IWS Response to SCOTUS Roe vs. Wade Decision

Ironwood Strategies was built from a passion to support clients and communities with a team of professionals from all walks of life. As our team has grown, now operating in Washington and Arizona, our commitment to inclusion and fostering a workplace where we can all be our authentic selves remain central pillars.

The Supreme Court decision overturning Roe vs. Wade targets women and medical professionals, and removes the rights of women across this country. We do not all follow similar paths, and we should respect each other enough to understand that individuals must make these personal decisions for their own bodies.

As an employer in states with opposing laws, we want to make it clear to our team, vendors, clients, and community: we are committed to the health, well-being and safety of all individuals and will provide our team with resources and support should they be necessary.
