Welcome to the Team, Megan!

We are excited to introduce the newest member of the Ironwood Strategies team—Megan LaBahn! Megan joins us as our new Executive Assistant, and we're proud to announce that she’s also our first full-time hire in Thurston County. This marks a significant milestone as we continue to grow and expand our services in the Western Washington region.

A Chicago transplant, Megan proudly calls herself a “Pacific MidWesterner,” a nod to her Midwestern roots. She has called Olympia, Washington home now for almost a decade. Megan brings organizational skills, creativity, and infectious positivity to our team. With her background in retail merchandising, small business ownership and stellar customer service, she will be instrumental in streamlining tasks for our executive Team and enhancing client engagement. (Looks like our CEO has a much needed Boss!) Megan’s passion for efficiency, detail and an excellent client experience ensures that Ironwood will continue to provide the personalized service you’ve come to expect.

Beyond the office, Megan is a multifaceted individual with a range of hobbies and interests that reflect her vibrant personality. She’s an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, biking, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Megan is also a talented artist—most notably, she recently created the striking mural on the building that houses Sound and Vision Living in Downtown Olympia. In addition, she’s an avid photographer, screen print artist, and Tarot reader. 

Megan brings our Vision to life, showcasing our dedication to Innovation, Creativity, and profound Community Impact. We are thrilled to have Megan on board and are confident she will be an invaluable asset as we continue to grow.
