Our new Business Foundations Specialist!

First off, let's talk about the work that Michelle Thomas does for all of us every day. As Chief Information Officer, Michelle has been instrumental in developing workflows, internal and client facing processes, vetting the tools we use, and bringing a forward looking point of view that has been instrumental to our success.

Her willingness to dive into challenging tasks and her positive demeanor make her the glue that holds us all together. She truly embodies the spirit of teamwork and is a key factor in our collective success.” 

Thanks to the growth we have experienced and the amazing work she continues to do, we've decided that it's time to expand as a team to provide Michelle the support she needs to grow, learn, and support us all into the future! 🎉

We're thrilled to introduce a new role to our team and an expansion to Michelle’s focus of work: Lors Pastor will be working with Michelle as our new Business Foundations Specialist! 🎉👏 Lors has been an important member of our Finance Team since 2023. She brings with her a truckload of practical experience and a whole lot of positivity.

Lors’ role? Making sure the tools we use and the processes we have in place are as solid as a rock so we can keep knocking it out of the park for you! We're talking about strengthening our foundations, continuing to provide useful tools and creative solutions for the future of our work together — all with enthusiasm and creativity in mind!

Many of you already know Lors. She’s passionate about what she does, and her dedication to excellence fits right in with our team ethos. So let's give her the warmest of welcomes and get ready for some incredible collaborations ahead!
